Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Fintwit research digest and related website (the "Service"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
1. Provider
The Service is operated by Fintwit, established in Belgium. Contact: contact@digest-fintwit.com.
Fintwit is currently available as a free preview. Paid access is not open yet.
2. The Service
Fintwit provides curated research distilled from publicly available finance commentary. The Service is intended as research and information only. It is not investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
Fintwit may use limited product usage information to operate, secure and improve the Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence in order to use the Service.
4. Account
Access requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account. Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
5. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
- Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis at the price displayed at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from your account page or via the Stripe billing portal.
- After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless a refund is issued.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our systems. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method, including for automatic renewals.
7. Refunds and consumer withdrawal
Fintwit is a digital service. As permitted by applicable consumer law, by subscribing and being granted immediate access to the digest you expressly request that performance begins immediately and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content/services may be lost once performance has begun.
Outside any mandatory rights, payments are non-refundable. Discretionary refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights under Belgian and EU law.
8. Acceptable use
- do not redistribute, republish or resell the digest or its content
- do not scrape, mirror or systematically extract data from the Service
- do not share account access with third parties
- do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its editorial content, design and software, is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to Fintwit or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service for your own use during your subscription.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms, abuse, fraud or non-payment. Where appropriate and lawful, we will notify you first.
11. Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fintwit is not liable for investment decisions or losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where this would be unlawful, including for fraud, gross negligence, or any mandatory consumer rights.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are subject to the competent Belgian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that grant you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
